Audio/Data/DVD Products

Should the product arrive damaged or defective, we reserve the right to request the product be returned. Upon return, we will replace the damaged items. Damaged or defective goods must be declared to us by email at dixie@bwt.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

 

 

Shipping

We use Australia Post to post purchased products using a standard postal service. Should the purchaser require express post, registered post or another carrier, this can be requested and the purchaser will be required to pay the extra charge associated with the direct costs charged to BWT from the postal service or alternate carrier.
Products posted within Australia - expect up to 14 days to receive purchased products from order lodgement, or when the order was received by BWT.
International Product Orders - expect up to 21 days to receive purchased products from order lodgement, or when the order was received by BWT.
