Cheryle Rainey
Cheryle commenced her career in Real Estate in 17 years ago starting in administration. A strong desire grew to further her career in real estate and she found her calling in Property Management a few short years later. During her Property Management career Cheryle has been instrumental in building portfolios and implementing systems and procedures to enable agencies to grow and become more profitable.
Her most recent appointment was as the Director of Property Management for an agency with 6 offices and 15 Property Management staff and trust operators. In this role again she was instrumental in revitalizing the Departments and bringing them to the fore front of Property Management Best Practice.
Having spent the past 15 years carving a career for herself in Property Management Cheryle now devotes her time to helping others reach their potential. Her desire to succeed is infectious and her work ethic is outstanding.
Being a Property Manager herself for the vast majority of her career Cheryle has a good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act in WA and enjoys finding solutions to those very delicate situations. Cheryle is also a regular article contributor to Australian Industry Publications.
