Peter O’Brien has been a practicing Property Manager for 21 years and has a proven track record for substantially growing property management businesses across Victoria and Interstate. The growth he has achieved is by increasing the number of properties under management and by successfully increasing the net profit of individual departments. In his last role as the Head of Property Management Department, Peter signed up 168 new business clients over a twelve months period. He did this by achieving a 97.7% strike rate. He signed each property up to be managed at full management fees, full letting fee, lease renewal charges and advertising. Successfully signing up new business, monitoring the revenue stream and closely managing the expenses enabled Peter to increase the profit margins in all departments he worked in by 18/21% to 32.1/36.8%.
