Todd Breen, of Florida, USA will be speaking at the LPMA 2011 Forum in Melbourne on 7 - 8 April about how to effectively use video to not only market properties for rent, but also as a tool to quickly resolve disputes with ingoing and outgoing inspections in his presentation 'Videos for Fun and Profit'.

Todd will also be speaking about how he effectively manages a team of property managers from home offices using today's available technology in 'The Mobile Property Manager' presentation.

Todd is the Principal of Home Property Management, a specialist property management business based in Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

Originally employed as a handyman in 1980, Todd eventually acquired the company in 1993. 

Todd is a trainer with The Property Management Academy in Florida USA, has recently served as Chairman of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM) and presented for the North American Residential Property Managers (NARPM) National E-Chapter webinar as well as the FARPM Annual Conference in the Florida Keys in 2010.

Todd is an avid spear fisherman/scuba diver and jet-ski enthusiast and loves his ‘tropical lifestyle’ living with his four teenage children in Miami, Florida. Todd’s passion and enthusiasm for property management is obvious, and together with his innovative ideas makes his first Australian conference sessions a ‘must attend’ for everyone!
